      Lies, deceit, and pressure

      Pros

      They provide training on how to interact with potential customers which is nice. The training is mostly about how to overcome objections through social engineering so as to sell the product. It is useful.

      Cons

      Abusive management coupled with unreasonable goals. High-pressure environment and expectation to work overtime without extra compensation. They will find any reason to deny earned compensation bonuses. You will get bullied by management constantly for pedantic reasons. Extremely high turnover in this bullpen. Do yourself a favor and work somewhere else.

      Pros

      Training is awesome and the candidate database is the BEST in the industry. Robert Half is a company that if you work for them and survive it for at least a year, you can go to ANY staffing agency in the industry and be successful - Promise!

      Cons

      If you don't meet your quota your out of there and that is no joke. It is like a revolving door and it really can be a resume mill for the candidate at times if you are in particular offices and under certain management.

      Salaried Professional Division - Best Job Ever

      Working in this Division of the company, a person is a full time employee with all of the benefits that are included for regular employees. Changing environments allows for gaining experiences to skill sets a person wouldn't normally be exposed.

      Cons

      Sometimes the driving distance to a particular job is a bit long.
