Training & development: The onboarding and continuous training are strong, with access to tools and coaching that genuinely help you improve. Brand reputation: Robert Half is a well-known name in recruitment, which opens doors with clients and candidates. Incentives & rewards: Commission structure is competitive, and there are plenty of incentives that keep the job exciting. Supportive culture (when you buy in): The London office has a strong sense of camaraderie; it’s competitive, but people do celebrate each other’s wins.

      Cons

      High expectations: Targets are ambitious and not for everyone – recruitment here is fast-paced and you need resilience.
