Pros

For a retail store the hours of operation don't require early mornings or late nights like a big box. Commission rate can be a great addition to your paycheck.

Cons

At this location co-workers do not have a strong sense of responsibility, be prepared to carry a lot of the load or for things to be unfinished.

Decent pay, laid back atmosphere, fun product

Cons

No leadership, rampant nepotism. Crappy benefits including no 401k. Summer Fridays in doubt.

Pros

Such a positive work environment! Not like other retail positions where commission is competitive, because at RRR you work as a team. Would definitely recommend working here!

Cons

None! Wonderful company to work for. Sometimes working retail isn't always the most glamorous job. Like folding all of the children's pajamas. There's got to be a better method to display them!
