Great Work Environment - Very Progressive Leadership

Pros

I worked with RR for a few years and under the new leadership this is a very progressive company that is going to continue to shine long into the future. I had to move but would love to get back to RR someday for sure! This is definitely a company that is continuing to move in a positive direction. Love them and especially love the product!! You are treated with respect and I am satisfied with everything.

Cons

None that really come to mind.

Fast Moving Which Is Not For Everyone

Pros

Company is fast moving and looking to grow. It is not for everyone and autonomy and desire to work is both expected and rewarded. The employees from the previous team have struggled to keep up as evidenced by some of the reviews. Again, not for everyone but for the ambitious, hard-working, and collaborative, a ton of upside as company has been growing for the past few years.

Cons

Similar to above, hard work is expected. Hours can be long but effort is noticed and rewarded.

Pros

The people were mostly nice and overall had a fun office culture. The small company dynamic allows for exposure to a lot of areas.

Cons

A lot. Favoritism, nepotism, prejudice. Inconsistent leadership, poor managers in some depts. Terrible benefits: sky high insurance rates (which they worked on lowering to their credit), no 401k, little vacation first 2 yrs. Summer fridays and public holidays would randomly be given or taken away any given year. People would fight for benefits & holidays. I could go on... the culturally appropriative product was troubling esp. hearing how people spoke of it internally. Business is unstable, lots of ups and down, constant changes in strategy, negatively impacting workload.
