      Wonderful place for students, not so much for employees

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to participate and employees there have plenty of opportunity to get an education or take Continuing Ed classes for free.

      Cons

      Sometimes there was pressure from management to perhaps undertake activities that normally would not have been things I participated in due to my belief system. A lot of overspending where it was not necessary during employee conferences, etc.

      The very best colleagues to work with. Genuinely want students to be successful. Many valuable collaborations and relationships built here.

      Cons

      Not valued by the Board of Trustees. Students are green $$$ while faculty are red marks to their bottom line.
