Pros

Gain a lot of knowledge if you are willing to learn. Good group of people I worked with always helping out each other.

Cons

Shortages seem to be common not sure why but expectation from upper management to work on weekends. Due to the lack of not knowing what is priority or not. Work/life balance make it a priority for you.

Cons

If I had to put a con, it's the working space. We are always needing more room in the factory.
