What the company is doing is interesting, but that can't make up for management.

Cons

VP does not care about his employees, sets unrealistic timelines, and micromanages. He truly believes he does not manage enough and wants his employees to know that they know nothing and are below him. Toxic management.

Pros

It is like a family, there are 50 employees in the office. You get to interact with the CEO and executives. Overall everyone is very friendly. You learn a lot, and very quickly was able to interact with engineers, project managers, executives. There is not one person you can't talk to. Rocket also has an amazing reputation so the business basically knocks on their door.

Cons

It is a very old industry and can seem outdated. Contract Manufacturing is not sexy.
