Pros

-Give you the autonomy to work on your own -Potential to close deals with decent logos -Unlimited PTO

Cons

-Leadership has favorites (imagine a retreat where “top sales rep” are snorting Adderall in vegas and then don’ show up to the first meeting in the morning, but doesn’t get fired) -Other “top reps” lie to customers to get sales and complain to HR in Austin at first company retreat because they didn’t win an award and then 2 weeks later are promoted. -VPs jump on calls but don’t execute -Zero training or guidance how to move deals along -Going up against ZoomInfo and like 10 other competitors. Data is terrible and we’d run tests with customers that would yield such poor results leading to customers not buying.

Thank you for sharing. We are grateful for this feedback and it's upsetting to see a former team member have a negative experience here at RocketReach. We pride ourselves in taking feedback from the team and directly making positive changes to the org. We are sorry you felt the sales team was a revolving door - we actually have incredibly strong retention within the sales organization compared to industry benchmarks. We also never like to hear that people don’t feel supported in their growth and learning. This past quarter we invested in sales specific training that the entire sales team did in-person together. We also have a robust onboarding program that spans 6 months and is aimed at providing in depth training to set the team up for success. Additionally, we now have company-wide learning and development programs, including a weekly team-led lunch n learn program that allows for optimal learning and knowledge sharing across the organization. Again, we sincerely appreciate the feedback as it provides us with a learning opportunity for growth. We will continue working with our team by having an open dialogue for improvements. Thanks again, RocketReach
