- Supportive - Incredibly supportive management and upper management, always willing to lend a helping hand - Transparency - C-suite is incredibly transparent when it comes to what's going on behind the scenes - Inclusive - the team makes sure that all walks of life feel seen and appreciated, opinions are truly valued, ability to see your work - Employee investment - Each employee is encouraged to be and do their best and fill in gaps where needed, encourages internal promotion rather than filling in with new hires

- CEO is very approachable and very experienced - colleagues all help each other and care about each other - profitable! - doing powerful strategic planning for the next phase of growth

Cons

- lots of competition, we think we are better but it can be hard to be commodotized - lots of very small customers and that creates unique challenges for people / process / systems... but confident we are figuring it out in a customer-centric fashion
