      Work from home benefits, In house cafeteria

      Cons

      Layoffs after layoffs and moving vital positions to overseas leaves for very overworked remaining employees just waiting for the next layoff. Also have heard work from home benefits are slowly being revoked.

      Management structure not so great, seem to be falling behind in their industry. Lots of layoffs.

      Very flexible schedule, good culture, and work environment.

      Cons

      Low salaries, merit increases are too low, too much workload, they don't backfill positions, and layoffs were brutal. The company has not been the same in the last couple of years.
