Better option for Dedicated works throughout your career. Best in international level collaboration with customer & improved communication. Very organised into skilled & trained employees. Update with mordern world work ethics. Management is also well aware of vicinity with employee friendlyness. Zero tolerance in any mishappening with employees. Multicultural activities. Management is rotational.

Cons

Specific into same product & services. Internal works are some how scattered in few cases & few policies. So need to be look upon.
