Flexible hours, Benefits, Technology available, Interesting projects, good team mates spirit, rewarded career plan possible if you are serious, good locations in Katowice

Cons

Time difference with the US, sometimes a big feeling of being a low cost outsource with a too strong profitability focus, no parking, strange policy of with variable bonus depending on position, not friendly cafeteria at Rodzienska Facility, Age average is low so sometime feel a lack of maturity
