Pros
Good company to have listed on your resume, because they're a 'name'. Various opportunities to get experience.
Cons
Working for Rockwell is internally often referred to as like working for the Government. It seems to take an act of Congress (Rockwell Executives) to get anything done. Executives are out of touch with the people who actually do the work for the company and that divide continues to grow each year. If you're an Executive, you mean something to the company, if you're not, you're just a number and treated as such. Also - Cost of benefits are high for regular employees, but not for Executives.
