      Good company as a new hire. They give you the tools and resources you need.

      Cons

      Promotions and raises seem to be rare. Management doesn't show appreciation.

      Mature firmware centric culture

      Pros

      Flexible hours, vacation schedules,covered parking. There is a certain level of maturity about handling projects involving firmware that is not to be taken for granted. Project planning and execution process is well thought out. Labs are well furnished with plenty of adequate equipment.

      Cons

      Engineering disciplines are very segregated if you are not the discipline lead. Management can sometimes overreach when development issues arise. Purchasing supplies can be a slow and bureaucratic process.
