      Good culture for EEs, young overall, but slow moving and not open to new technology

      Pros

      Lots of younger people, very nice personalities, room for advancement, understanding that development happens through lateral movement. Wide variety of products and lots of good design teams to interact with

      Cons

      Close minded, very old fashioned in terms of management structure, lots of bureaucracy. Then definitely have "molds" they prefer. A young EE or even an ME with experience will get a lot of support. dont fit the mold and they wont be nearly as excited.

      Leading products and strong relationships with customers. Good career advancement. Ability to work and travel internationally. Opportunity to partner and collaborate with colleagues from around the globe.

      Decision making can be too slow at times.

      There are very few Pros, the only pro I can think of is that you can get as many hours as you want.

      Cons

      Management is awful, there are very few raises, no room for advancement, not a organized company at all.
