      Pros

      Salt of the earth people and leadership team Clear and obtainable goals passed down to the engineering sales teams Good product and highly recognizable/repected brand

      Lots of people change and moving around (which can also be construed as a good thing)

      Experience was a good one. Coworkers were all great and extremely helpful when training was needed.

      Pros

      Compensation was just about at market average for the position and office culture was extremely laid back. Ok if you like that sort of thing, but difficult when you want to put your head down and work. The company in general expects innovation and new ideas on a regular basis which is great and sometimes hard to find at other companies of this size.

      Cons

      Medical benefits, small windows only for the offices and conf. rooms so the rest of the floor feels like a dungeon, no real team outings or team building opportunities (at least in our dept) on a regular basis. For the size and income of this company, felt like there should've been more based on prior company experience.
