      Great co and engagement. Many activities and communication to get people connected in most functions

      Too many meetings and some leaders need to be more caring to people. Leaders need to trust and provide some space

      Pros

      I enjoyed working for this company. The management was very helpful and respectful while I was employed for this company. The profit sharing was a plus also.

      Cons

      The pay is less than to be desired and the overall benefits are very spending. There are not very many perks when it comes to raises, they stay on a strict pay raise schedule.
