      Pros

      Depending on your manager it can be pretty laid back. It was a great opportunity for me to get my foot in the door. Co workers were a blast to work with. Great work life balance. Like their culture of inclusion

      Cons

      Slow to change but that's because of the size of the org. Lots of people retire here so not much opportunity for growth. HR realized I was being underpaid after working there for over a year. Even after I showed my salary should've been higher.

      Pros

      In Canada they now have a defined contribution pension plan. They also have an matching employee savings plan. The products are top notch but they are focusing on past technology.

      Cons

      Growth opportunities are limited. Company is ruled by accounting and management is poor at making the hard decisions. Company says employees are their key strength but they sure don't act that way. If this is your first job after school, get the job experience and move on after about 3-4 years. Don't expect to be around for the long run.

      Pros

      We had worked with Rockwell aproximately 5 years. The experiance was very nice. My Senior was very cooperative nature.

      Cons

      Many of the rules are unnecessory followed. Which is not aplicable in India. Due to this reason RA India not perfoming well as his strength.
