      Workload is fair, possibility to work remotely (management is quite flexible with it) Young environment in the order management department 31 days of paid holiday

      Cons

      use of external agency contracts, with unfair conditions, for long periods too many useless meetings communication between departments is not good high management often takes decision without informing anyone in advance
