      Pros

      Very good company, can get stressful at times. But very as long as you get on with the work its good. Sickness pay is very good indeed and 25 days annual leave.

      Cons

      No really nasty things at all, the only criticism is the poor quality of training. Prospects to better yourself in a career is low.

      Amazing people to work with and many great opportunities available to employees. The management team is eager to hear your feedback and will act on it.

      Cons

      Large company, be patient, sometimes it takes time for change to occur, but it does. Major decisions are made in Milwaukee and sometimes take time to filter down to the front lines.
