      Pros

      Strong corporate culture. Generally well rewarded. Some good additional benefits. Interesting and varied work. Colleagues are typically open and supportive.

      Cons

      Too many global corporate objectives to comply with. Career progression is not always on the basis of merit with appointments made without the positions being advertised internally sometimes. Geographically diverse teams can lead to employees feeling unsupported and remote from manager.

      Is an excelente company for entry level and Senior analysts to gain experience. Compensation is in a good level compared with other companies.

      Cons

      Hierarchy based decision instead of qualifications for new leadership positions cause many employee rotation. Seems like opportunities are not equal for all.
