      Great place to work, the valus of the company are great. Profit sharing a positive thing. Career oportunites. Flexible working hours. Offices are great

      Cons

      Medium Company. A lot of experience if you want to move to other positions. Managers have a lot of experience. Not easy to jump as a manager.

      They manage in panic if not making number they will layoff people to the douzain they to often change their focus and it is manage by a buddy network
