1. You get to learn some of the world class technology in Industrial Automation field with leader in the field 2. Wonderful work atmosphere - not much pressure. You are expected to own your business and run like an entrepreneur if you are in sales; you are expected to deliver world class solutions if you are a solution architect. If you are the kind of person who takes accountability and owns, then RA is for you

1. HRs?? What do they do? What policies they got - pathetic. Indian HRs are suckers of real kind. 2. World class company but don't expect world class perks
