      good team spirit . first grade work ethics . fantastic working environment eg stationaries acceries work bench etc . good learning

      Cons

      communication b/w tl and engr need to be improved . not much of developer documentation is avbl for new comers to the team.

      Pros

      Opportunity to learn, great tools to get your job done compared to other places I have worked and felt empowered to get job done. I felt respected as a manager and that my opinions count.

      Cons

      Large organization with excessive amount of meetings. Sometimes difficult to pin down who is responsible.

      Flex Time, work from home policies. Great professional people Variety of options to move your career into. Ethically very sound. No Micromanagement

      Typical corporate culture If you come in right off college , hard to make good money but if you come from outside , get good pay.
