Thanks for taking the time to provide your perspective. We strive to achieve a workforce that reflects the communities where we live and work, and as you’ve noted, we're not there yet. The good news is that our leaders are committed, and our overall progress in representation of women globally and people of color in the U.S. has been increasing year over year. Progress is stronger in some departments than in others – we continuously look to leverage where we have had success, and address areas where we have opportunities to improve.
