      What once was a great company, falling apart…..

      Glorious past, still sustained by few great people

      Cons

      Turning into a despotic, uninviting, non-diverse culture. System of incentive and objectives is designed to maintain the largest percentage of employees way below their compensation. HR is nonexistent. Systems are in decay. Financial results are crippled with errors. Talent is continuously exiting. Company turning into an empty shell of what it once was.

      She drives a lot of change

      Cons

      Doesn't value individuals, their experiences or perspectives. Creating culture where people are afraid to challenge or express themselves. Even her direct reports are afraid. Creates so much busy work and delegates everything. Entire organization is burning out.
