      Standard large company pay and benefits packages, isolated efforts to enact change, isolated efforts to create platforms for innovation

      Cons

      Consistently overloaded resources, bureaucratic, unclear job duties, no job or product training, death by meeting, poor low-mid level management

      Work life balance is incomparable, extremely ethical, career progression easily identifiable, endless opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      None really. The job requires you to be great at managing multiple tasks but it keeps the day to day interesting.
