Pros
Solid financial company with market leadership position NA, strong distribution model in NA, and significant installed base in NA.
Cons
Moving towards thinking and acting like a global company but often reverts back to NA-centric mentality. Management talks about moving away from the "good old boy club" style of promotions but they haven't made much progress. Publicly traded company so the focus is to please investors which often times means employee satisfaction takes a back seat. Many people seem to be unhappy but are "stuck" at this company because of the pension.
