Pros

A lot of great employees with long tenure.

Cons

I had worked at ROCKWELL AUTOMATION for over 19 years. And this time I’ve seen many changes within the company I’ve been through many difficult times. In the last 12 months Rockwell has cut spending to the bone, are you trying to keep investors happy. Most recently they have had three rounds of layoffs; treat their employees as an unnecessary commodity, placing profit before people. I was laid off in this last round. ROCKWELL AUTOMATION has traditionally been a hardware automation company that is now trying to reinvent itself (Post Covid) as a software company.
