Business Outlook
Pros
Market leader with excellent business strategies which are building momentum. Sound financially with an outstanding employee inclusion program. There's a lot to like about Rockwell, still somewhat a small company atmosphere inside a large company.
Cons
Like any large publicly held company, there is a constant drive for productivity which is mostly tempered by growth. This does cause us to do more with less resources over time.
