      Many talented people. Opportunity to travel. Big company benefits. Rich, proud, history.

      Cons

      1980's management mentality. Tenured employees are valued over talented ones. People get comfortable and stay in manager/lead roles with no desire to improve their careers or the company. Stagnation & loyalty reigns, new employees taught early to hold their ground & fortify the status quo.

      Lack of diversity. Many unethical practices perpetuated by senior management - bullying & harassment.

      Pros

      The company itself has great programs and development tools to expand your career. They have descent benefits just like any major corporation. A very highly ethical based philosophy company. There is a very strong sales and financial team.

      Cons

      Being a former employee, I don't want to hold a grudge. Bottom line is they are outsourcing the engineering to India. This is the strategic move to keep up with the companies financial status. I would not recommend a job to anyone in any engineering position. But if you are in sales and upper management there is possible growth,
