Pros

Very great work - life balance for part time/ students. Great people to work with. Contests make the job very fun. If you do well you can become a manager within a year or two.

Cons

The men seem to have more demanding tasks given to them.

I worked here while in college and it was and easy going company with friendly people running it

Cons

Got extremely boring on non busy days and you have to stand on your feet all day.

Laid-back atmosphere (apart from busy times) Great people to work with (particularly the managers) Very understanding management Promotional incentives for selling (not pushed as a quota)

Cons

Long days Customers can be irrational At times, employees can be difficult, as it is a younger employee median avg Certain jobs may not be as "glorious" as others. Ie. taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
