Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry you did not have a positive experience at Rokt. We know we don’t get everything right - we absolutely recognize we have room for improvement. We also recognize that Rokt is not for everyone - it can be challenging and can involve learning at a much faster pace than some are comfortable with. As you well point out, we are constantly listening to our team. We ask for feedback on a quarterly basis and constantly check in with team members. We do indeed pride ourselves in investing a lot of effort on communication and transparency. This is an area that is consistently rated very high by all our Rokt’stars in all our internal surveys. While some areas of changes are driven bottom up (e.g. some of the leave policy changes you mention) there are many changes where the initiative comes from the senior leadership team (e.g. transparency on salaries and career ladders). However, we don’t think it is a weakness to listen to the team’s feedback in order to understand where improvements are needed. A few of the concerns you raise (work/life balance and leadership) have recently been addressed with the introduction of new programs including our Rokt’star Sabbatical and a global in-person Learning and Development program for 2020 called Rokt University. We are proud of the culture we have built and we understand it is best built in partnership with our team of Rokt’stars to ensure we are all always improving.
