      - Nailed team and company culture, never felt as accepted and appreciated as I do here - Awesome benefits and perks, yearly international trips and conferences - Incredible upside on comms, equity and growth - Clearly defined roadmap - Talented and dedicated leadership team

      Cons

      Sometimes we run out of my preferred iced coffee brand.

      Great company, good perks, high growth

      Pros

      * small enough that you can make an impact and large enough that you get to work on really cool tech * the smartest people you'll ever work with * good culture of no egos * transparency from all levels * continuous growth and opportunities * good pay * good perks like free lunches, drinks/snacks, fitness clubs, social clubs, company activities etc * genuine focus on people development

      Cons

      Not much to speak of. If I were to pick anything, it might be the rapid and continuous growth of the company creates a fast paced environment and things can change quite quickly. This can create challenges time to time. But most changes have positive outcomes, once the dust settles.

      I've only been here for 3 months and yet to find a con. I know hours can be long but it's all about how one manages their time and priorities.
