Pros

Innovative company that has carved out its niche and doesn't rest on its laurels.

Cons

Its a tough industry, clients are generally dissatisfied with advertising campaign results. Management have to grind employees to survive.

You’re right, innovation is tough. Pioneering an entirely new sector is really hard work, and won’t be without some missteps. We are gaining clients and revenue at a phenomenal rate which conflicts with comments of client dissatisfaction. Growing at the rate we are, there will be times when workload outpaces hiring and there can be a lag to get the right people on board. We are investing heavily to hire faster.

Pros

Rokt prides itself as being on the leading edge of marketing technology and advertising and attracting the best people. The leadership does not rest to provide a great working environment, excellent product, and track record of success for clients.

Cons

You need to be prepared for constant change and uncertainty being a part of a very fast growing company that is going places! That said, I found that the environment is one, where any grievances can be resolved in communication, and I left the company with nothing but respect and admiration for the team at Rokt!
