• Ahead of the curve - Rokt has been investing in ML and AI for over 12 years, staying obsessed with innovations that matter in the long run rather than chasing trends.
• Prioritizes in-person connections - Whether it’s our Global Kickoff (GKO), inter-office travel opportunities, our 4-day office requirement, or marketing events, the company genuinely believes in the power of being together in person, which I really value.
Cons
• The ups and downs are real - Five years here has taught me that hypergrowth isn’t always smooth. You need resilience and the ability to level up your mindset through rough patches.
• Performance culture can be intense - The high standards and fast pace definitely aren’t for everyone. Gaining company-wide visibility and impact can be particularly challenging when you’re not based at HQ.
