      Leadership especially on the commercial side have no experience or business running a company of this size. Extremely unqualified, zero strategy and spend too much time micromanaging employees.

      Pros

      - Rokt is a very fast-paced business, made up of highly intelligent team members who collaborate closely together. - It is an inclusive and supportive workplace. - Rokt has a thorough on-boarding process and induction program to help newcomers acclimate and learn the culture of the business. - It offers generous employee benefits, including great healthcare, social clubs, daily meals, a quarterly "work from anywhere" program, an employee share scheme, funding of personal development programs, and a yearly all staff "global kick-off" conference, just to name a few.

      Cons

      - Some employees prefer more remote working, rather than the four days per week required onsite. - It can be a tough place to work as employees must consistently raise the bar (which is a positive thing), but this may not be for everyone.
