      The "Start-Stop" Cycle: Initiatives are launched and killed so rapidly that meaningful progress is rare. It’s common to see 10+ initiatives die before they ever have a chance to impact the business. Cultural Exhaustion: The constant pivots aren't just inefficient; they’re draining. No one knows what’s next, which leaves the team feeling frustrated and perpetually "on edge."
