Toxic culture No leadership C-suite is a cult including husband and wife who knows nothing Constantly reorganizing employees with zero plan Constantly re-level employees with zero reasoning Extremely low morale Commissions are not paid out in full Demoralizing Inappropriate communication from C-suite They claim to have core values but none are true Employees are not comfortable in the office PTO policy is beyond complicated and not competitive Any positive review on Glassdoor is fake news from HR and executives. You can spot them easily.

terrible work environment that is ever changing. Not an environment that I'd recommend for someone that is tenured in their career- you'll be able to find a better company. Great for someone starting out in their career.

The team is super smart, supportive, and collaborative. There is transparency about career growth, compensation, and opportunities, which is refreshing. The office is beautiful with a rooftop, daily lunches, and lots of dogs, which makes coming into the office exciting. Work-life balance is respected, and the culture is all about learning and growing together.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced environment, so things move quickly, and expectations can be high and it can feel overwhelming at times.
