      Rokt provides huge career growth opportunity no matter what your background is. It’s a rigorous hiring process, which helps maintain a very positive, fast paced, “builder” culture. Kind and empathetic people who will push you to be your best.

      Cons

      You’ll work some long hours, but in a high growth business that is to be expected. This is how you can grow your career faster than any other place I’ve seen.

      Pros

      Strong product and exciting product roadmap. Great opportunities to be challenged and learn / grow quickly. Lots of autonomy and ability to collaborate across departments. Very good benefits, generous PTO and strongly encouraged to use it, as well as Sabbatical program for long term employees. Welcoming culture, in person (not remote) which makes collaboration much more enjoyable. There's lots of incredible talent and people to learn from.
