- beautiful office - interesting business model

Cons

- Many tenured people in upper management, who are all great friends together and don’t trust anyone else. Newer folks are often blamed for issues that go way beyond them. Expect to receive aggressive and unjustified feedback. - Disagreeing is not appreciated. Management is looking for enforcers, not opinions - Terrible work-life balance. Expect to be online at night and on the weekends

Great technical conversations and discussions during the interview process. I really enjoyed seeing their office space and experiencing their culture. It was great to experience it first hand. It was like a combination of a very relaxed and collaborative culture with a lot of hard working and talented individuals
