Great culture and very smart people to work with.

Cons

Return to office policy was and is aggressive and put off a lot of high performers who were doing well working from home. Work life balance is already tough here, this puts it under further pressure.

If you joined at the right time, the options will give you financial independence when they float

Cons

Founder led business, constantly micromanaged leaving a level of decision paralysis across the organisation. You’ll find that in an instant, the organisation will readjust comp and benefits, leaving the initial contract you signed to be utterly worthless. For me, despite positive feedback for my performance, my role was “reclassified” which led to a reduction in salary of 25% and having to leave in order to afford rent and bills.
