- Everyone is really kind, helpful, and excited to be here - Beautiful office in SoHo NYC - Interesting problems to solve on the engineering team, and very smart peers to work with and learn from - Lots of fun opportunities to engage with coworkers (lunches, outings, ERGs, etc)

- Sometimes late hours due to teams split between NYC/Sydney

I believe this is because Rokt pushes its values very aggressively; people who do not agree feel marginalised and alienated.
