Difficult and substantial interview process, but well warranted and certainly a preview to the job and expectations. Great culture and work environment - even remote, company does a great job of onboarding! Looking forward to career growth and support with Rokt.

- Employment benefits are great, e.g. lunches, wellbeing/club allowance, level up allowance - Competitive compensation package - A rapidly growing business, always learning - Career growth opportunities - Some really great people work there - Transparency and flow of information across the business, management tries to answer all the questions asap - CEO is a decent person and sincerely cares about the people - good people team

Cons

- Work/life balance is not great - People (no matter their title or position) are scared of losing their jobs which has created a toxic environment - Product team is struggling, poor leadership with a lack of clear direction - Good people are leaving the business, and some other engineers have expressed their intention to seek opportunities outside Rokt - No flexibility on working from home, pretty scary that we are all required to go to office fulltime
