      Pros

      The company is in a great place having just raised $80 million. Very strong value proposition - both from a retailer publisher perspective + brand perspective. Customers are very happy with minimal churn. The calendar product has massive potential. The leadership is experienced and it feels good to be a part of a winning organization. I have full faith that the company is headed in the right direction.

      Cons

      A bit challenging amongst covid but this will change

      Great Culture and Values

      Pros

      Rokt is a great place to work. It's often challenging and there is a lot going on, but this also allows you to personally and professionally develop much faster. The core values of the business are embedded everywhere and play a major role, even in the quarterly review process. The executive team cares about their employees and takes feedback through various surveys very serious. The yearly company trip called "global kickoff" is where everybody comes together for about 5 days to learn, workshop, connect and just have an amazing time. It's quite unique!

      Cons

      Work life balance can sometimes be tough, especially when working closely with the team in Sydney. But there are plenty of ways to manage.

      Pros

      A "can-do" environment where you can make a difference. A genuine group of like minded people who come together and are fuelled by progress and the success the platform demonstrates to stakeholders. As one of the longest serving employees, I've been privileged to see the business evolve and mature over the years - particularly pertaining to the investment in people, culture and values.

      Cons

      As a by-product of being international with offices sprawled around the globe, I'd have to say communication and remaining focused/synchronised is probably the biggest challenge/opportunity. That said, I will add that things have improved over the last 6-9 months thanks to significant investment in product and product marketing, closer alignment of engineering with Product, and an improved quarterly OKR process.
