We have found that team members appreciate the opportunity to connect with their colleagues face to face. Onsite time encourages collaboration and allows individuals greater visibility and opportunities for development. Additionally, we have refined the requirements of our dress code policy to reflect societal norms while maintaining a professional and consistent image for the company.
