      Its fun to work in the field and meet a variety of different people.

      Cons

      Pay was not great, workload could be a lot when picking up others routes towards end of month.

      Pros

      Great training that was provided and moral support. Benefits were decent while at this company. Rewards were good as long as you fit into the culture.

      Cons

      Unrealistic goals, not enough support, long hours, sales meetings, some what of closed minded community.

      Pros

      There are not many pros unless you are in upper management and make high 6 figures- the company is not interested in employees with lower titles

      Cons

      They make it clear they can and will get rid of you at any time. They don't value employees.
