Pros

Full process of fanblade production, can learn alot of things if you are willing to take the initiative and ask people around.

Cons

Do not have a structured internship program. What your responsibilities are depends on what they will need help in. Some days you can stay at the office the whole day with nothing to do.

Cons

Crazily slow to get anything done, very silo'd, functional reporting lines, heavily bureaucratic and too much done by committee

Pros

Look after their employees even in bad times. Good career progression as variety of jobs available for all skill levels

Cons

Some areas are still a bit of a boys club but this is changing.
