Pros

You can tell that they care about their employees - management is accessible (most of the time) and understands that you have a life outside of work. The benefits are good, too.

Cons

Some projects may require working over 40 hours a week, and some jobs don't pay overtime. It is a desk job (but to some, this could be a pro) Also, most of the engineering department in Indianapolis was moved away from the manufacturing facilities.
