      Pros

      Friendly co-workers. Cozy work environment. Given a private office if you are at senior level. Mid-level managers are willing to help. 100% matched 401k up to 5% annual income and no vesting period.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Individual efforts are not recognized properly by upper-level management. bureaucracy process. Health plan's coverage is not good.

      Global access, innovation, high integrity & quality with leadership. Great opportunities for international and domestic travel. Exciting opportunity for people with Aviation careers.

      Cons

      Market Share Declining in certain industries, domestic locations aren't ideal. It is sometimes difficult to acheive certatin levels or roles in the company if you aren't willing to spend a certatin amount of time working in the united kingdom.

      Pros

      The pay is reasonable (stateside, I can't speak for the UK) and if you're personable you will likely rise to the top of your skill level. Generally the company takes good care of its employees and, for the most part, operates with a low stress work place environment.

      Cons

      I can only speak for the engineering side of the business, but the upward mobility is incredibly limited (and rightly so) by experience. Without a large base of technical knowledge there are very few avenues for advancement. No matter how good you are at your job, you will have to just keep your nose to the grindstone for 5+ years without appreciable advancement.
